近日，深圳市无人机行业协会与韩国航空安保协会（Korea Aviation Security Association, KASA）正式签署战略合作协议，双方将在无人机、航空安全、低空经济、国际交流与标准建设等多个领域展开深入合作。
签约仪式在国际行业会议期间举行，由深圳市无人机行业协会会长杨金才与韩国航空安保协会代表、著名航空安全专家权英民教授（Prof. Kwon Young-Min）共同见证。
协议明确指出，双方将本着“优势互补、合作共赢、资源共享”的原则，探索以下合作方向：
• 联合举办或支持中韩两国的无人机、安保、低空经济领域的展会与高端论坛；
• 搭建中韩企业对接平台，推动会员单位开展实质性合作；
• 就政策研究、行业规范、航空安保标准建设等课题进行交流；
• 在合适的场景下推进试点项目落地，推动技术交流和示范应用。
虽然此次协议为战略框架性协议，但其签署意味着中韩双方在低空经济与无人系统安全领域的合作正迈入务实发展阶段。双方也表示，未来将成立联合工作小组，推动具体项目的对接与实施。
The Shenzhen UAV Industry Association (SUAS) and the Korea Aviation Security Association (KASA) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to strengthen bilateral collaboration in unmanned aerial systems, aviation safety, the low-altitude economy, and international standardization.
The signing ceremony took place during a key international forum and was witnessed by Mr. Yang Jincai, President of SUAS, and Professor Kwon Young-Min, a prominent expert in aviation security and representative of KASA.
Under the agreement, both parties will work together on the following initiatives:
• Co-host or support high-level forums and exhibitions on drones, aviation security, and low-altitude economy in China and Korea;
• Facilitate business matching and exchange between member enterprises;
• Promote policy dialogue, regulatory alignment, and safety standard cooperation;
• Explore pilot projects and joint technology demonstrations in relevant fields.
While this agreement is a strategic framework in nature, it marks a clear shift from dialogue to action in China–Korea UAV cooperation. Both sides intend to form a joint working group to follow up on concrete collaborative opportunities in the near future.
